Processing and Delivery Times :All orders are processed within 2 Days. Standard shipping typically takes between [2-8 business days], for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order :Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via [Bluedart, FedEx, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, EcomExpress, etc. depending on the location]. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes :Urban Street Trend is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Shipping Charges : Urban Street Trend provides FREE shipping for pre-paid orders in India. A shipping charge of ₹80 is payable only on orders for COD. 

Address Modification : Sorry, that is not possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don't worry, there are no cancellation charges.

Invoice :  Invoice will be provided to you along with the products when delivered.
